Description — B-21 Raider
Funding includes aircraft flyaway costs, producibility improvements/incentives towards the active management strategy, support equipment, alternate mission equipment, training, spares, depot standup, engineering change orders and other government costs such as program support costs. In addition, funding may support Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) and/or obsolescence issues. DMSMS activities may include, but are not limited to, bridge buys, life of type buys, buys to protect production schedule, and minor engineering efforts. This program is reported in accordance with Title 10, United States Code, Section 119(a)(1) in the Special Access Program Annual Report to Congress. For further information, please contact the Director of Special Programs, OUSD(A&S)/DSP. The FY 2026 request for B-21 Raider includes $2,590,116 thousand of discretionary and $2,099,126 thousand of mandatory (reconciliation) for a total of $4,689,242 thousands. The enhancement portion funds expansion of capacity for B-21. Further information for this reconciliation request is provided in Section 20008 of the Reconciliation Exhibit.
