Description — MOD OF IN-SVC EQUIP (INTEL SPT)
SSN B99755 / THEATER SIGINT SYSTEM (TSIGS) is a new start within the MOD OF IN-SVC EQUIP (INTEL SPT) program in FY 2026 Theater SIGINT System (B99755): TSIGS is a FY26 new start program which provides Army commanders with a forward deployable, remote or locally controlled, signals intelligence (SIGINT) system for contingency operations. TSIGS, made up of the Trojan Soldier Portable Remote Intelligence Group (TSPRING) and Picketline, are currently fielded. This program funds a Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline to deliver TSIGS software updates at the speed of relevancy based on Soldier feedback. Enables integration and interoperability with sustained capabilities in support of theater aligned Military Intelligence units and Intelligence Community (IC) collection priorities, as well as Transformation in Contact (TiC) initiatives, Presidential Directives and Operational Needs Statements. Special Purpose Systems (BZ9751): Program funds Technical Insertions (TIs) for the ground-based Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) system with additional capabilities required by fielded units to effectively engage enemy forces and provide Force Protection information to friendly forces. This program funds procurement of Government and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (GOTS/COTS) Next Generation Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) capabilities for the Prophet system to pace near peer, emerging threats, and other Signals of Interest (SOIs) to support the National Defense Strategy. Prophet enables integration, interoperability, and force modernization with emerging capabilities in support of Multi-Domain Operations. FY 2026 BZ9751 Special Purpose Systems funding was transferred from Budget Activity (BA) 2, BZ9750 MOD OF IN-SVC EQUIP (INTEL SPT) to BA 6, I32000 ELECTRONIC WARFARE AGILE / I32013 MOD OF IN-SVC EQUIP SPECIAL PURPOSE SYSTEM in support of Agile Portfolio Management.
