Description — Closeout Liabilities
Funding will pay contract termination cost and operational losses/claims at ammunition plants. This funding ensures unanticipated future contract liabilities can be satisfied in accordance with Army Contract Review Board (ACRB) approved actions.

FY 2026 base procurement dollars of $0.102 million are required to pay contingent liabilities such as contract termination cost, e.g., unfunded pension liabilities, severance pay, and other claims approved by the ACRB.
