Description — Multi-Function Electronic Warfare (MFEW) Systems
The Multi-Function Electronic Warfare Air Large (MFEW-AL) funding is required to produce sufficient production quantities to support fielding to the 1st and 2nd units equipped. Fielding will be to Army Combat Aviation Brigade's Gray Eagle Unmanned Aerial System (UAS). MFEW-AL will provide tactical Commanders with deep look, organic, airborne, offensive electronic warfare, empowering Commanders to shape the Electromagnetic Spectrum to their advantage and enhance the capabilities of the Gray Eagle UAS. FY 2026 funding was realigned from Budget Activity (BA) 2, B05000 Multi-Function Electronic Warfare (MFEW) Systems to BA 6, I43000 MULTI-FUNCTION ELECTRONIC WARFARE SYS in support of Agile Portfolio Management.
