Description Naval MIP Support Equipment

Fleet SCI IT: This effort delivers and sustains Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) network access and information technology (IT) infrastructure and tools to the Maritime Operations Centers and Naval Intelligence Community ashore. This includes desktop hardware, software, and peripherals, network equipment, server hardware and software, video teleconferencing devices, and secure voice over Inernet Protocol (IP) telephones. Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) Charade RED: (CR) Program terminated, per PBIS Issue 54600. Details available at a higher classification and are submitted in the Congressional Justification Books. [P40A / Fleet Intelligence Capital Equipment Replacement Program (CERP)]: Maintain and modernize Navy GEOINT Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) distributed operations node. Additionally, maintain and modernize modification (MOD) and CERP systems to ensure interoperability with Fleet, Joint, and NGA PED infrastructure and ISR platforms. Space MOD will increase processing, exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) capacity to support 10 lines of Aircraft Intelligence, Surveillance, and reconnaissance (AISR) data. MOD Space is re-engineering 17,345 SQFT of analyst's spaces that includes new fiber, critical power, additional routers for the GEOINT Sub-network, build of network closets, additional power drops, and additional desks to support AISR GEOINT PED and Multi-INT NRT operations ISO of the Fleet. [P40A / SCI Network CERP for MOCs]: Provide resources for a critical, must-fund change proposal (CP) to satisfy COMPACFLT requirement to provision Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) in Maritime Operation Centers (MOCs) to provide Fleet Commanders' intelligence on Russia, Ukraine, North Korea and other countries. Project will improve SCI coalition network enclaves on force level ships and the MOCs. [P40A / SCI Communications at MOCs]: SCI services at the MOC transfer to Fleet SCI IT for communication services. Fleet SCI IT (Hopper ISC) will be the single service provider for MOCs ashore, supporting messaging, compartmented, AOR unique and intelligence services. [P40A / SCI Information Assurance (IA)]: Funding enables Navy tactical SCI program capabilities needed for the establishment of an initial capability and fully operational capability to meet full compliance with ICD 502 and provide active cyber defense and incident response of the information environment for the IC and establishes the framework for risk management and authorization (RMF) across all systems that process, store and/or transmit SCI

Fleet SCI IT: Funding enables continued network and storage equipment sustainment and modernization for the Naval Intelligence community. Funding enables continued network and storage equipment sustainment and modernizes SCI coalition network enclaves on force level ships and the Maritime Operations Centers (MOCs). ONI RED (CR): Program terminated, per PBIS Issue 54600. Funding is used to finance long-term investments for the procurement, production and modernization of satellite communications and electronics equipment required for the sensitive sensor tracking capabilities hosted on LYNX (G5) Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) Ground Station Infrastructure platform systems. The program must acquire and configure advanced LYNX (G5) MUOS satellite communications processing system and sensors components to meet advanced capabilities in support of maritime tracking requirements for US Navy platforms, unmanned systems and Intelligence Community directorates, in for every Combatant Commands (COCOM).
