Description
Description — Training and Education Equipment
(BSO 60) Training Support Equipment funding provides the Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training capability necessary to meet critical mission essential requirements for training combat-ready for world-wide operations. The LVC capability includes the training support equipment/systems used in support of and connected to the Navy Continuous Training Capability (NCTE) and all of the equipment/systems required, including all training systems, network equipment, information technology (IT) equipment, communications equipment, Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) systems, and training devices used for LVC training capability. This budget line item also provides the resources to maintain the four (4) Training Support Vessels (TSV) in the Atlantic Fleet. East Coast geography and range encroachment mandate the Atlantic Fleet use TSVs to provide open ocean Opposing Force (OPFOR) (i.e., live fire, target services, electromagnetic emissions, and jamming services) and range services. The Fleet Training Continuum (FTC) instruction directs the Navy to adopt an integrated LVC capability to train Navy forces to high-end threats. Navy procured a fifth (5th) TSV (Operational in FY23) to support the Jacksonville Shallow Water Training Range (JSWTR) and is required to sustain four (4) existing TSVs that support Large Scale Integrated Training Events. Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) completed a study and solicited Requests for Information (RFI), then determined the best course of action was to obtain an existing American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) certified Offshore Supply Vessel (OSV) for conversion to a TSV configuration. Navy requires all ships to have ABS certification. (BSO 22): At the U.S. Naval Academy, the Academic and Professionally Accredited Enterprise Education Enclave (AEEE) system must ensure the best educated and most qualified junior officers enter the naval service. Planned upgrades and replacements are vital in ensuring graduates are technologically prepared to serve in tomorrow's Fleet and Fleet Marine Force while supporting institutional accreditation and competitiveness with peer institutions. NETC recruits, trains, and delivers Sailors to the fleet. SIPR Datacenter, Training Network (TRANET) and associated equipment provides NETC classified/unclassified internet and provides the network infrastructure and architecture required for delivery, management, and sustainment of Navy training content across the entire NETC training enterprise. Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) required for increase telecom infrastructure modernization across multiple NETC commands. [P40A / [USFFC N7] LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT (LCM)]: Funding provides for the phased replacement of hardware and software required within the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE). The NCTE Enterprise provides sustained adherence to cyber security/Information Assurance (IA) certification and accreditation requirements. [P40A / [USFFC N7] BALLISTIC MISSILE DEFENSE (BMD)]: Funding provides for Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) and Integrated Air Missile Defense (IAMD) mission area Fleet sustainment training and mission rehearsal in theater, allow ships to participate in Navy Component Commander mandated BMD/IAMD exercises while pier side or underway, as well as enhance BMD/IAMD training objective accomplishment in current Fleet Readiness Training Plan (FRTP) underway training events such as Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) and Joint Training Unit Exercise (JTFEX). [P40A / [USFFC N7] NAVAL INTEGRATED FIRE CONTROL - COUNTER AIR (NIFC-CA)]: Funding provides engineering support for Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) Interim Training (CIT) System portable embarkation kit (PEK) to support Carrier Strike Group (CSG) Fleet training requirements. [P40A / [USFFC N7] IMPASS SCORING SYSTEM]: Funding provides for the phased replacement of the Integrated Maritime Portable Acoustic Scoring and Simulation (IMPASS) system, programmed for even years. NCTE Cross Domain Enterprise Solution (NCDES) is required for unit, integrated and advanced training/certification at all Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training ranges. [P40A / [USFFC N7] WEST COAST LVC NETWORK CONSOLIDATION PHASE 2]: Funding provides for consolidation of Tactical Training Range (TTR) networks into the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) network (i.e., Navy Enterprise Tactical Training Network (NETTN)) to meet Fleet training requirements and network operations and support (communications, systems administrators, and cybersecurity). [P40A / [USFFC N7 / CSG4] TRAINING SUPPORT VESSEL (TSV) MAINT BASELINE ADJ]: Funding provides for dry docking intervals and regular intermediate maintenance as required by the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS). Dry docking costs have accelerated more than inflation based on several factors: dry dock limitations (fewer interested bidders in a constrained environment), steel pricing schedules and Training Support Vessels (TSV) age. [P40A / [USFFC N7] STRIKE GROUP MARITIME OPEN OCEAN RANGE (SGMOOVR)]: Funding provides an interim solution (via three (3) Fly Away Kits) for deployed Strike Groups (SG) to conduct Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) mission rehearsal events in preparation for Combatant Commander's (CCMD) tasking. [P40A / [USFFC N7] NCTE CYBER HARDENING]: Funding provides for the procurement and installation of software and hardware solutions on the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) to align the Naval Enterprise Tactical Training network (NETTN) with DoD Zero Trust (ZT) cybersecurity requirements. [P40A / [USFFC N7] SURFACE LVC TRAINING]: Funding procures hardware and infrastructure to support increased Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) training event support to Fleet surface units at Fleet concentration centers on both East Coast and West Coast. [P40A / [USFFC N7] LVC CAPABILITY FOR CVW-5/FDNFJ]: Funding provides for support and equipment necessary to field, integrate, operate, and sustain an Iwakuni CVW-5 "Mini-EXCON" LVC training capability for local exercise control of integrated fixed wing aircraft mission trainers and simulators. [P40A / FIRE ARMS TRAINING SIMULATOR (FATS)]: Funds provided for procurement of shore-based Firearms Training Simulators (FATS). The simulators provide weapons systems and scenarios for students to train while freely maneuvering and handling weapons. [P40A / YPYTD - TRAINING DELIVERY SERVICES (TDS)]: Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Initiative (VDI). The training enterprise is moving forward with implementing more efficient technologies to meet the training delivery mission via a virtual desktop infrastructure solution. The virtual desktop solution will be implemented over the next several years at each location in lieu of conducting the traditional one-for-one workstation refresh. The goals and benefits of VDI are to establish an agile, sustainable enterprise training delivery environment; standardize the processes, services and technology used to deliver training; improve the enterprise security posture; refresh outdated electronic classroom workstations and operating systems; and provide a solution that enables a streamlined, centralized IT workforce. [P40A / NETC Classroom for Increased Accessions - Instructor Podium Equip]: Funds provided for monitors, instructor podium cables, audio-visual components, SMART Board Interactive Flat Panels, Test Kits, and initial warranty. [P40A / New NETC Classrooms for Incr. Acc.- Cable Infrastructure Upgrades]: Funding supports NETC implementing a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solution that largely eliminates physical workstations in classrooms. Under VDI, students utilize "zero client desktop devices" which provide a user experience similar to physical workstations, without the use of CPU, local storage or Operating Systems. [P40A / TRANET Capability Upgrades - Routing/Switching]: Funding supports TRANET Capability Upgrades. The upgrades support CISCO ISR 4431 and ISCO Catalyst 9410 routing and switching equipment. Cryptologic Technicians (Maintenance) (CTM) maintain, configure, and install intelligence, tactical cryptologic and ancillary systems used to conduct Information and Cyberspace Operations; design, install, test, certify, troubleshoot, and repair or replace: tactical cryptologic systems, physical security systems, electrical and electronic equipment, antennas, computer systems, networks, and ancillary equipment; implement Information Assurance (IA) policy; manage organizational level maintenance; coordinate repair of command, control, communications, computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems in support of surface, subsurface, air, special warfare, and national consumers. Cryptologic Technicians (Technical) (CTT) conduct Electronic Warfare (EW) in support of National and Commanders' tasking; operate and maintain electronic sensors and computer systems; collect, analyze, exploit, and disseminate Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) in accordance with National and Fleet tasking; provide safety of forces, Indications and Warning (I&W), Information Operations (IO), and Anti-Ship Missile Defense (ASMD); and provide technical and tactical guidance to Warfare Commanders and National consumers in support of surface, subsurface, air, and special warfare operations. [P40A / Maritime Expeditionary Standoff Response (MESR)]: FY26 funds increase ($1.70M) provided to support NAVIFOR efforts: ISO RRL- CTM Career Long Learning Continuum (CLLC), and NECC's effort: EOD content conversion. This also supports AIRFOR: The Avionics Maintenance Trainer (AMT) is designed to replicate current fleet avionics equipment in a lab environment, particularly for the MH-60R (MH-60R Avionics Systems Organizational Initial Maintenance Technician) systems. The trainers are intended to bridge the gap between classroom learning and hands-on experience in the fleet, enabling maintainers to operate and repair the avionics systems found on the MH-60R, such as Data, Video, and Audio Recorder Systems, Display Units for Night Vision Devices, Helmet Mounted Displays, Helmet Display Tracker, Systems, Air Navigation and Communication Systems. [P40A / Tactical Training Simulator for MA A School NTTC Lackland]: Funding supports the procurement of fully immersive simulators, a mock ship and pier structure which includes other equipment and enhancements supporting Ready Relevant Learning training for Master at Arms students. [P40A / Enlisted Accesion Increases for STS Rating]: The Submarine Learning Center requires an additional Submarine Common Operational Analysis and Employment Trainer (COAET) with 2 sets (8 ea set) Virtual Tactical Trainer VTAC with Beam Simulation For Sonar Trainers (BSST) workstations for acoustic operator individual and team training requirements. This requirement is necessary to meet the Navy's FY20 Enlisted Accession Plan for the STS rating. The COAET is a classroom-oriented training device that simulates the controls and displays of the latest available tactical combat control and acoustic systems. COAET provides practical experience of the training applications that do not require a full tactical team trainer. COAET can be rebooted to provide three distinct training modes: Acoustic Analysis Trainer (AAT), Sonar Tactical Decision Aids (STDA) Lab and Team Training. The Phase I COAET utilizes desktop/monitor workstations. This trainer supports team training combining the STS rating with FT Rating Accessions training for practical application in the team training environment. [P40A / CTM Career Long Learning Continuum (CLLC)]: FY26 funds increase ($1.70M) supports NAVIFOR efforts: ISO RRL- CTM Career Long Learning Continuum (CLLC), and NECC's effort: EOD content conversion. [P40A / Avionics Maintenance Trainer (AMT) - Development and Design]: FY26 funds increase ($4.269M) for the need to support the development and design of the Avionics Maintenance Trainer (AMT) in alignment with the updated specifications outlined in the Functional Requirements Document (FRD). This is critical for associated risk mitigation, implementation readiness, and infrastructure alignment to ensure the AMT can be delivered and fielded on time and in accordance best practices. This includes mitigation of cost, schedule, and technical risks identified during early planning reviews, as well as necessary integration planning for initial deployment sites. The AMT is a critical element in developing maintainers who can operate and repair the current fleet's avionics equipment. The procurement is in line with modernization objectives and mission requirements, enabling the fleet to maintain operational readiness. Training objectives supports performance objective completion for: Advanced Data Transfer Systems, Helmet Display Tracker Systems, Air Navigation and Communication Systems. Operational Impact: The AMT will directly contribute to operational efficiency by ensuring properly trained personnel are available to meet fleet requirements, particularly in maintaining and operating avionics systems. [P40A - 2 / U.S. Naval Academy (USNA)]: The U.S. Naval Academy mission is to develop midshipmen morally, mentally and physically and to imbue them with the highest ideals of duty, honor and loyalty in order to graduate leaders who are dedicated to a career of naval service and have potential for future development in mind and character to assume the highest responsibilities of command, citizenship and government. The Academic and Professionally Accredited Enterprise Education Enclave (AEEE) system must ensure the best educated and most qualified junior officers enter the naval service. The Naval Academy must maintain the highest standards in academic disciplines and supporting infrastructure. Planned upgrades and replacements are vital in ensuring graduates are technologically prepared to serve in tomorrow's Fleet and Fleet Marine Force while supporting institutional accreditation and competitiveness with peer institutions. System supports the sole Navy undergraduate degree-granting higher education command. Hybrid network enclave serves as a dynamically variable resource for multifaceted teaching, education, and research activities in a blended physical/virtual campus environment similar to four-year civilian universities. Functionality includes collegiate-level admissions outreach, curriculum development, course delivery, pedagogical research, extra-curricular activities, and intercollegiate sports [P40A - 2 / Universal Wireless Telecommunications System]: Funding provided for LCM upgrades of telecom system from LTE to 5G within the Academic and Administrative buildings. Upgrades will enhance the new 5G services and coverage. [P40A - 2 / Satellite Validation Testing System]: The testing system that performs various required validation tests is past its operation life, and is in need of a refresh. [P40A - 2 / Metallography lab suite]: The equipment in the metallography lab supports sample preparation for a wide range of materials classes and projects. [P40A - 2 / Autoclave]: The autoclave was purchased in the wake of TS Isabel (FY2004). The high-pressure system failed in FY19. The computer control and data acquisition system are over 15 years old. Need to reinvest in the computer control/data acquisition hardware and software. [P40A - 2 / Electro-mechanical test equipment data acquisition and control system]: The computer control/data acquisition for most of the test machines is out of date, most of the systems were last updated in 2004 after TS Isabel. [P40A - 2 / Aruba NAC Wireless Expansion]: The replacement system will facilitate faster and more reliable mission critical enterprise services using up to date and supportable technologies. [P40A - 2 / Aruba Switches]: The acquisition will be the LCM of equipment that is reaching its end of serviceable life. [P40A - 2 / Atomic Force Microscope System]: Required instrument to avoid USNA department being severely limited in teaching and research capabilities. Having the capability of a state-of-the-art AFM is extremely vital to the success of an ACS-certified Chemistry major, midshipman research experience, and faculty research program. [P40A - 2 / Bancroft QOL Wireless Internet]: Replacement system will facilitate faster, more secure and more reliable quality of life bandwidth for Midshipman in their living quarters. [P40A - 2 / Bridge Simulator Upgrades]: This simulator is primarily used for the various seamanship and navigation classes taught throughout a midshipmen's time at the academy. [P40A - 2 / Confocal Microscope System]: A confocal microscope system is a critical tool for both material science and understanding biochemical processes at the cellular level. It allows non-invasive, three-dimensional imaging of structures in both materials and living cells. [P40A - 2 / F5 Load Balancers]: The acquisition will be the Life Cycle Management (LCM) of equipment that is reaching its end of serviceable life. The replacement system will facilitate faster and more reliable mission critical enterprise services using up to date and supportable technologies. [P40A - 2 / MALDI TOF Mass Spectrometer]: This mass spectrometer is extensively used by the Chemistry Department biochemistry faculty for its unique ability to acquire mass spectra of large molecules such as proteins by laser desorption ionization. Allows for continued experiments and research within the curriculum of USNA. [P40A - 2 / Polarimetric Phase Array Weather Radar]: This weather radar instrument will provide the Ocean and Atmospheric Sciences Department and USNA with a weather radar capability that combines the capabilities of Doppler radar with dual polarization, or polarimetric weather radar technology. [P40A - 2 / IVER Ecomapper with Inertial Navigation]: The Ecomapper AUV was acquired by the Oceanography Department in FY16 and is due for replacement in FY26. [P40A - 2 / Optical microscope and imaging software]: The Materials lab has various optical microscopes and indenters of various scales that are regularly used to sample inspection and characterization both for teaching and research purposes. [P40A - 2 / Sustain Hopper Hall Technology]: Hopper Hall represents a Navy/Government strategic investment to produce a superior foundation in the global domain of Cyber warfare and represents a strategic focus to strengthen warfighting readiness and capabilities in which Cyber warfare will become an increasing factor. Hopper Hall will become an asset where Government, Industrial and Military leaders will inform future generations of Naval Officers to create an optimum platform to prepare and defend against this growing and evolving threat. The center will be the first building on the Yard with a SCI capability.

Acc. - Cable Infrastructure Upgrades: FY26 supports NETC implementing a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solution that largely eliminates physical workstations in classrooms. Under VDI, students utilize "zero client desktop devices" which provide a user experience similar to physical workstations, without the use of CPU, local storage or Operating Systems. This transformation effort will reduce the number of fielded networking solutions via implementation of standard equipment configurations. 4.16 [BUPERS] TRAINING NETWORK (TRANET) CAPABILITY UPGRADES - ROUTING/SWITCHING - FY26 funds provided for upgrades support CISCO ISR 4431 and ISCO Catalyst 9410 routing and switching equipment. These funds will facilitate the purchase of a Multipurpose Reconfigurable Training System maintenance and operations training. 19.1 [BUPERS] AVIONICS MAINTENANCE TRAINER (AMT) DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN - FY26 funds increase ($4.269) requirements stem from the need to support the development and design of the Avionics Maintenance Trainer (AMT) in alignment with the updated specifications outlined in the Functional Requirements Document (FRD). This is critical for associated risk mitigation, implementation readiness, and infrastructure alignment to ensure the AMT can be delivered and fielded on time and in accordance best practices. This includes mitigation of cost, schedule, and technical risks identified during early planning reviews, as well as necessary integration planning for initial deployment sites. FY26 funding adjustments support the development of AMT specifications, including the purchase and integration of necessary equipment for training ($2million), which will enable maintainers to meet operational and performance objectives. The AMT will allow for the following: Hands-on training with the latest avionics systems in a controlled lab environment, improved training and maintenance readiness, helping bridge the gap between theory and actual maintenance work, support for the development of new maintainers to be integrated into the fleet for completion of the first 4 units. The AMT is a critical element in developing maintainers who can operate and repair the current fleet's avionics equipment. The procurement is in line with modernization objectives and mission requirements, enabling the fleet to maintain operational readiness. Training objectives supports performance objective completion for: Advanced Data Transfer Systems, Helmet Display Tracker Systems, Air Navigation and Communication Systems. ========================================================================================================================== FY26 Education Support Equipment Changes 1.23 [BUPERS] Satellite Validation Testing System - FY26 increase ($0.600M); Student-built satellites that are manifested on space launches must go through a system validation testing regime to be qualified for launch. The required validation tests are NASA and DoD imposed requirements for all space-flying satellites. The testing system that performs various required validation tests is past its operation life, and is in need of a refresh. The system includes a clean room for handling flight hardware, satellite hardware-in-the-loop test bed for performing functional checkouts, rendezvous and proximity operation (RPO) testing lab setup for performing RPO validation tests, a solar simulator for solar panel tests, and a thermal vacuum chamber for space environment testing. 1.37 [BUPERS] Metallography lab suite - FY26 increase ($0.350M); The equipment in the metallography lab supports sample preparation for a wide range of materials classes and projects. There is an arcade of miscellaneous units in the metallography lab, all of them are 8-10 years old (or more). This includes cut off wheels, diamond wafering saws, precision grinders, polishing units, and zoom microscope units. This equipment gets hard use in a dirty environment. The staff does their best to maintain this equipment, but it is challenging. 1.38 [BUPERS] Autoclave - FY26 increase ($0.500M); The autoclave in the Materials Lab is used in a variety of composite projects, it has been used to manufacture the composite monocoque for the FSAE team, drone parts, satellite components for JHU-APL, even transparent armor (CRADA). The autoclave was purchased in the wake of TS Isabel (FY2004). The high-pressure system failed in FY19. The computer control and data acquisition system are over 15 years old. 1.39 [BUPERS] Electro-mechanical test equipment data acquisition and control system - FY26 increase ($0.500M); Mechanical test machines in the Materials Lab are the most utilized pieces of equipment for course support and provide testing capability needed across a wide range of projects both capstone and research projects. A mechanical test machine is comprised of the load frame and the computer control/data acquisition hardware and software. The computer control/data acquisition for most of the test machines is out of date, most of these systems were last updated in 2004 after TS Isabel. 1.40 [BUPERS] Aruba NAC Wireless Expansion - FY26 increase ($0.419M); The acquisition replaced Aruba Wireless Infrastructure equipment that is reaching its end of serviceable life. The replacement system will facilitate faster and more reliable mission critical enterprise services using up to date and supportable technologies. 1.41 [BUPERS] Aruba Switches - FY26 increase ($1.298M); The acquisition will be the LCM of equipment that is reaching its end of serviceable life. The replacement system will facilitate faster and more reliable mission critical enterprise services using up to date and supportable technologies. 1.42 [BUPERS] Atomic Force Microscope System - FY26 increase ($0.250M); Our current Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) System (MultiMode 8 Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) by Bruker Nano Inc.) is capable of multiple imaging modes in both air and fluid. AFM is an important and very useful technique for imaging surface structures with accuracy and extremely high (atomic-scale) resolution. The instrument is used extensively to support the Integrated Laboratory course IV (SC364), midshipman research (SC495/496/476), Trident Scholar (SC589), and Bowman Scholar research projects, as well as numerous faculty members performing biological/biochemical, chemical, material and polymer science, and electrochemistry research. Having the capability of a state-of-the-art AFM is extremely vital to the success of our ACS-certified Chemistry major, midshipman research experience, and faculty research program. 1.43 [BUPERS] Bancroft QOL Wireless Internet - FY26 increase ($0.368M); Quality of Life (QOL) Wireless Internet will be end of service life. This replacement system will facilitate faster, more secure and more reliable quality of life bandwidth for Midshipman in their living quarters. 1.44 [BUPERS] Bridge Simulator Upgrades - FY26 increase ($0.348M); This simulator is primarily used for the various seamanship and navigation classes taught throughout a midshipmen's time at the academy. As part of the Navigation and Seamanship curriculum every Midshipmen uses this system. It demonstrates the application of electronic navigation with VMS & RADAR and introduces and reinforces Navigation/Bridge Watch team proficiency. 1.45 [BUPERS] Confocal Microscope System - FY26 increase ($0.600M); A confocal microscope system is a critical tool for both material science and understanding biochemical processes at the cellular level. It allows non-invasive, three-dimensional imaging of structures in both materials and living cells. The use of fluorescent labels means that specific molecules or components can be identified in a complex space amongst other unlabeled structures. The current microscope is reaching the end of its lifetime and there is no other system available at the Naval Academy that can replicate its capabilities. Technological advances made in the last 10 years have improved both the speed and capabilities of confocal systems which will expand the possible measurements both midshipman and faculty researchers can perform. 1.46 [BUPERS] F5 Load Balancers - FY26 increase ($0.308M); The acquisition will be the LCM of equipment that is reaching its end of serviceable life. The replacement system will facilitate faster and more reliable mission critical enterprise services using up to date and supportable technologies. 1.47 [BUPERS] MALDI TOF Mass Spectrometer - FY26 increase ($0.250M); This mass spectrometer is extensively used by the Chemistry Department biochemistry faculty for its unique ability to acquire mass spectra of large molecules such as proteins by laser desorption ionization. Allows for continued experiments and research within the curriculum of USNA. 1.48 [BUPERS] Polarimetric Phase Array Weather Radar - FY26 increase ($0.450M); This weather radar instrument will provide the Department of OAS and USNA with a weather radar capability that combines the capabilities of Doppler radar with dual polarization, or polarimetric weather radar technology. The polarimetric radar will open avenues of research on a range of topics from cloud processes to precipitation to severe weather. It will build upon past and ongoing faculty and faculty-led Midshipman research and hands-on Capstone projects from 2022-2023 focused on weather prediction and severe weather phenomena leading to new, exciting, and operationally-relevant Independent Research and project-based Capstones for USNA Oceanography majors and other collaborative research opportunities. 1.49 [BUPERS] IVER Ecomapper with Inertial Navigation - FY26 increase ($0.500M); The Ecomapper AUV was acquired by the Oceanography Department in FY16 and is due for replacement in FY26. This state-of-the-art oceanographic research instrument is deployed in Oceanography Core, Elective, research, and Capstone Courses to collect data for analysis by midshipmen. The relatively small size and light weight of this instrument makes it ideal for operations in the relatively shallow waters around the U.S. Naval Academy. As AUV's and gliders are platforms commonly used in Naval Operations, deploying, recovering, and analyzing data from the Ecomapper AUV ties the mids' education with professional training. 1.50 [BUPERS] Optical microscope and imaging software - FY26 increase ($0.250M); The Materials lab has various optical microscopes and indenters of various scales that are regularly used to sample inspection and characterization both for teaching and research purposes. Teaching includes lab instruction in both mechanical and nuclear engineering as well as project based learning both in elective classes as well as capstone. This capability includes specialized digital cameras and image analysis software. Reinvestment is needed in the benchtop indenters used by students throughout the School of Engineering & Weapons.
