Description
Description — MIO Intel Exploitation Team
[P40A / 343SA - Maritime Interdiction Operations Intel Exploitation Team]: Tactical Electronic Warfare (EW) equipment is used in support of indications, warning, and force protection. Tactical EW systems provide the capability to collect data in both digital and analogue Radio Frequency (RF) environments. Specific collection capabilities include digital and analogue data collection with wireless signal exploitations; Specific Emitter Identification (SEI), which discerns unique attributes of specific radar; Satellite Communication capability; Wireless signal receiving capabilities to conduct surveys, to include telecom network mapping and geolocation, and capturing tactical signals intelligence (SIGINT); and Document and Media Exploitation allowing capture of media from electronic devices. [P40A / 343SA - Specific Emitter Identification Devices]: FY26 Cost Element (CE) 1.4 Specific Emitter Identification Devices was decreased from $1.125M and moved to Cost Element (CE) 1.5 Digitial Collection Devices for the same amount, $1.125M. [P40A / 343SA - Digital Collection Devices]: Cost Element (CE) 1.5 Digitial Collection Devices requirements for Electronic Warfare (EW) items for Navy Expeditionary Intelligence Command. Without these EW systems, deployed teams would not be able to fulfill theater commander's requirements that are in high demand for electronic collection against U.S. adversaries in multiple Areas of Responsibility (AORs). [P40A / Digital Receiver Technology (DRT) 1301C+/Wireless Receiving Systems]: Maritime Interdiction Operations Intelligence Exploitation Teams (MIOIET) deployed units will use this equipment to fulfill theater Commander's requirements for high-demand electronic collection and tactical SIGINT against U.S. adversaries across multiple AORs. Intelligence Exploitation communication equipment is established on the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) Table of Allowance (TOA). Additional procurement descriptions available via Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR).
