Description
Mission — Detainee Management, Accountability, and Reporting
Detainee Management, Accountability, and Reporting (DMAR) will be comprised of both an enterprise (connected) and stand-alone (denied/degraded) software instantiation that provides Military Police Commands with the capability and capacity to operate a national-level registry to account for detainees and generate reports on detainee operations to provide national and international organizations as required by law. DMAR will provide a high degree of situational understanding in Near Real Time (NRT) across Joint Domain Operations (JDO) during Detainee Operations. FY26 funds in the amount of $4.619M will be used to replace the currently fielded systems, Detainee Information Management System - Fusion (DIMS-F) and Detainee Reporting System (DRS). These systems are obsolete and facing End of Useful Life (EUL).
