Description

Mission Ship Survivability

This program is a new start in FY 2026. Research and develop solutions to Damage Control and Firefighting issues to include developing environmentally friendly and effective alternatives to existing firefighting systems. This program funds critical efforts in shipboard fire detection/suppression systems, fire prevention features, damage control, personnel protection, and advanced firefighting equipment.
