Program Description: MISSILE REPLENISHMENT SPARES. The Missile Replenishment Spares program funds all ballistic and non-ballistic missile replenishment spares. The replenishment and repair spare parts are needed to support and maintain ballistic and non-ballistic missile systems. Replenishment spares include such items as rocket motors, cables, telemetry packages, and electronic components. Procurements will include spares with long production lead items. The following Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAP) have funding in this line: AMRAAM, 185 SDB II, 439 AIM-9X Blk II, 442 This program has associated Research Development Test and Evaluation funding in PEs 11120F, 11213F, 27161F, 11122F, and 27163F.

Justification — Msl Sprs/Repair Parts (Replen)
AGM-86 Air Launched Cruise Missile (ALCM): The FY 2026 ALCM funding request for initial spares supports multiple on-going Service Life Extension Programs (SLEPs) to ensure ALCM remains viable until replaced by the Long Range Stand Off (LRSO) missile. ALCM SLEP projects include SLEP 1 and component SLEPs for the Rotary Switch, Warhead Arming Device, Guided Missile Flight Control, W-10 cable, Fuze Assembly, Inertial Navigation Element, Flight Data Transmitter, Voltage Regulator and Elevon Actuator Controller. MM III Modifications: FY2026 replenishment spares funding will specifically procure items such as batteries ordnance, cables, antenna kits, telemetry packages, torque motors, and other electronic components supporting weapons system operations and operational test launches. The flight test, telemetry, and termination system enables Minuteman Flight tests to provide aging surveillance data, operational test for modernizations/upgrades, and demonstrated nuclear deterrence. Funding increase enables the continued ability to flight test ICBMs. Higher than expected costs were identified in the Production proposal received 26 May 23. The root cause of the increase in cost is tied to inflation in the cost of supply chain materials/components and services as well as stringent time based component requalification requirements for range certification. AIM-9 Sidewinder/AIM-9X: FY 2026 funding for Missile Replenishment Spares program funds repairs for CATMs and AURs. These repairs include items such as live and inert batteries, Control Actuation System (CAS) and Inert Measurement Units. HARM - FY 2026 funding is critical to the procurement of High-speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) spare parts in support of Raytheon Missiles Defense System Factory repair of the Control and Guidance Sections for the AGM-88B/C/F All-Up-Rounds. AGM-88 missile is critical for the Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses. Additionally, funding is used for the procurement of Telemetry Sections used in Combat Air Forces Pilot Training and New Threat Analysis. SDB I - FY2026 Spares funds are required to support SDB I Guided Test Vehicles (GTV) modernization for the Weapon System Evaluation Program (WSEP). Spares funding will procure major sub-components such as flight termination and telemetry kits, and flight test recorders, to replace obsolete parts and convert GBU-39/B's into SDB I GTVs. Hellfire - No FY2026 Replenishment Spares being requested. AIM-120 Advanced Medium Range Air to Air Missile: The FY2026 Missile Replenishment Spares program funds AMRAAM field unit repairs and intermediate level repairs on Captive Air Training Missiles (CATM). These repairs include such items as filter rectifiers, harness assemblies, wings and fins.
